Of course, this depends on the existing content and desired features. A place with its basic information such as name, address, contact details and pictures can be created within minutes in our intuitive CMS and published at the touch of a button. Basically, all our features can be used via the CMS itself. If you need assistance in creating your Place or the content for your Place, our agency team will be happy to support you on the basis of an individual calculation.
Yes, in addition to our standardised features and licences, we also offer individual features within the Enterprise licence. These are characterised by the fact that we create the content for you (for example augmented reality), adapt the branding of your location to your requirements or develop an individual feature together with you. Yes! UpVisit makes it a breeze to digitally enrich the content of your space. Gone are the days of lengthy agency projects with opaque calculations and hidden costs. Most of our clients save up to 90% costs compared to an agency project.
In accordance with local laws and regulations, UpVisit may be required to charge sales tax and other taxes incurred as a result of the Place Upgrade. In some countries, it is not necessary to charge sales tax if the buyer has a sales tax identification number itself. If you are registered for VAT purposes, please provide us with your VAT identification number before completing the purchase so that we can take the tax exemption into account accordingly.
Your visitors can access your content via our UpVisit app – downloadable from the Apple App Store and Google Play. You maintain the content of your location in our content management system – a website that can be accessed with login data.
Our passion belongs to the app. Therefore, there will be no web version of the app for the time being.
UpVisit’s CMS and app are hosted on dedicated servers in industry-leading and secure Amazon Web Services data centres. These data centres provide round-the-clock physical security, including biometric access controls and continuous monitoring. In addition, these data centres have achieved SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 compliance and have done so permanently.
