April '25 - UpVisit 2.0
Our app has been given a complete makeover - faster, more modern and with optimized navigation. On-site orientation has never been so easy.
From now on, content is not only available as a story: speaker, sponsor and exhibitor profiles have been given their own format - including direct links to sessions and surveys. This creates an interactive, seamless event experience.
Invite speakers, sponsors or exhibitors as contributors - they maintain their profiles directly in the CMS. New: LinkedIn integration for fast business connections at eye level.
March '25
The CMS now has a revised payment menu - including bank transfer & SEPA. Also: Transparent license overview & clearer payment UI for a better overview.
QR codes now take users directly to the right 2D/3D map or showcase - no more detours, you'll reach your destination straight away.
Do you need help creating your digital map? Our 3D map creation service is now offered directly in the CMS - incl. pop-up & booking option.
February '25
With our new Web Scraping Flow, you can integrate relevant content into your experience even faster. Simply enter a URL - the system automatically pulls important information and helps you to fill your event more efficiently.
A new payment and billing menu in the CMS gives you a better overview of your license and payment methods. You can now find all important information in one central location.
January '25
Short, helpful videos now show you directly in the CMS how to create your own experience. Be inspired by practical examples and the successes of other organizers!
We have completely restructured the CMS so that you can find features more quickly and fill them more efficiently. The functions are now grouped into thematic blocks such as Engagement & Gamification. The analytics dashboard has also been given more visibility with its own page. We have tidied up the basic settings for you.

From now on, all relevant content (stories, exhibitors, events, game content, surveys, etc.) can be linked directly in push notifications - so your participants are always up to date.
You can now easily search stories and exhibitors in the CMS and pin them to your cards. Working more efficiently has never been easier!

Maps can now be displayed in full-screen mode - for optimal navigation and usability for your participants.
Each time you log in, initial content such as a quiz and a feedback survey are automatically available to help you get started.
The revised search function makes it easier for you to find content in the CMS quickly.

Now assign tags to events and enable simple filtering so that participants can find what interests them more quickly.
Stories can be hidden via the CMS and can only be accessed by scanning a QR code - ideal for exclusive on-site content.
With the new quiz feature, you can activate participants in a playful way. Incorporate interactive knowledge questions into your event and increase the engagement rate.

You can now create individual surveys in the CMS. Whether multiple choice, free text or dropdown - design the survey that suits your event.
