How quickly can I use UpVisit?

Of course, this depends on the existing content and desired features. An event with its basic information such as event title, location, contact details and images can be created in our intuitive CMS in just a few minutes and published at the touch of a button. In principle, all of our features can be used via the CMS itself. If you need support in creating your experience or the content for your event, our agency team will be happy to assist you on the basis of an individual calculation.

How does UpVisit support me in digitizing my event?

Our AI-supported content management system enables you to implement a digital concept for your event in the shortest possible time and with simple means. We are happy to support you in the creation and/or digitization of content. Just get in touch with us!

Can I save costs with UpVisit?

Yes, with UpVisit it's child's play to digitally enrich the content of your event. Gone are the days of lengthy agency projects with opaque calculations and hidden costs. Most of our customers save up to 90% of the costs compared to an agency project.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

In accordance with local laws and regulations, UpVisit may be required to charge sales tax and other taxes incurred by the Place upgrade. In some countries, it is not necessary to charge sales tax if the buyer has a sales tax identification number. If you are registered for VAT purposes, please provide your VAT number before completing the purchase so that we can take the tax exemption into account accordingly.

Do I need an app or hardware to use UpVisit?

Your visitors can access your content via our UpVisit app, which is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. You maintain the content of your event in our content management system - a website that can be accessed with login details.

Is there a web version of the UpVisit app?

Our passion belongs to the app. Therefore, there will be no web version of the app for the time being.

How does UpVisit store my data?

UpVisit's CMS and app are hosted on dedicated servers in industry-leading and secure Amazon Web Services data centers. These data centers provide 24/7 physical security, including biometric access controls and continuous monitoring. In addition, these data centers have achieved SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 compliance on an ongoing basis.

How can I take out a license?

What payment options are available?
